Due to the elastic rubber-metal conjunction, Rubber-Flex RFC collets allow a clamping range of ± 1 mm to the nominal diameter. This eliminates the need for additional steel collets and reduces changeover times.

The further benefit is the:

      ✓  Higher torques can be transferred
      ✓  Surface gentle clamping by parallel closing of steel segments (RFC)
      ✓  Coolant and temperature resistant up to 100 °C
      ✓  Perfect sealing against coolant and swarf
