The ToolGrip HSK tool gripper are specially designed for HSC machining and heavy milling machining. They allow much higher clamping force than the recommended clamping force acc. to standard DIN 69893. A short length, the simple service friendly design and the large coolant passage are among its advantages, besides the high clamping force.

Due to the WCH coating of the tension bolt and the clamping segments, this ToolGrip HSK tool gripper is designed for up to 3 million load cycles, with regreasing required after 2 million cycles.

There are two different tools needed in order to mount the ToolGrip HSK gripper. The Mounting Fixture DIN 69892/93 HSK A63 TGM48 is required for mounting the vulcanized clamping segments in the machine spindle. The socket wrench Socket Wrench DIN 69892/93 HSK A63 TGS48 is used in order to mount the pull stud.
